The annual hosting fee for the following eBooks will be billed on <BILLING DATE>. Your library's ED™ Administrator 
can "disable" copies of any eBook title that you no longer wish to make available to your patrons/students.
Disabling of copies must be completed by <DISABLE DATE> in order to invoice accurately. This report is provided
in Title Sequence within Checkout History (descending order) within an Account Number. If you ordered eBooks
for your library under multiple account numbers, you will see multiple account numbers in this report.
